Terms and Conditions
We are aware these are uncertain times, thus we're offering a Flexible cancellation policy: You may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
Upon booking you will have up to 48hrs to cancel your reservation at no charge.
After 48hrs we will charge 50% of the total room cost, this includes the room rate, all taxes and cleaning / service fees to secure your reservation. The balance due will be charged upon check in.
Cancellations made before 30 days of the check-in date will receive a 20% refund of the payment made.
Cancellations made after the 30 days of the check-in date will receive no refunds.
Any reservations which fail to turn up without any prior notice will also receive no refunds. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 (USD) is due upon Check In.
